I am deeply passionate about empowering both women and men to discover their sensual creativity and the art of mindful intimacy to transform their sex and relationships. 

As a mother of a teenage girl, a woman in love and a coach, my mission is to help shift the cultural narrative around sex, love, and relationships. It is my wish for our generation to learn how to love and relate in a way that deeply nourishes us and serves our deepest needs for belonging and authenticity. So we can leave behind an embodied legacy of tenderness for our children.
