I am deeply passionate about empowering women and men to explore their sensual creativity and the art of mindful intimacy to transform their sex lives and relationships.

As a mother of a teenage girl, a woman in love, and a coach, my wish for our generation is to learn to love and connect in ways that heal and nourish us, while also meeting our deepest needs for belonging and authenticity.

In this way, we can leave an embodied legacy of tenderness for our children.

I believe that extraordinary relationships and soul-nourishing intimacy take time, patience, curiosity, and a commitment to taking radical self-responsibility for your desires and vitality.
